Booking and Cancellation

  • •Your booking will only be considered confirmed after you receive your booking confirmation E-mail.
  • •Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid government-issued ID proof.
  • •Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for 100% refund.
  • •No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay.
  • •Early departures may be subject to the full original booking charges.

ID Verification and Restrictions

  • •Only government-issued photo IDs are accepted for check-in.
  • •Local ID proofs are NOT allowed for verification.
  • •Guests not on the approved list will be denied accommodation.
  • •We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.

Company Credentials

  • •We are a GST verified and registered firm.
  • •All transactions are conducted with full legal compliance.
  • •Invoices and tax documentation can be provided upon request.
  • •Transparent billing and financial practices are our commitment.

House Rules

  • •Check-in time is from 13:00, and check-out time is by 12:00.
  • •Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • •Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • •Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms with prior approval.
